Starting at the Palmer House Hilton, this guided tour will take you up Lake Shore Drive with views of Lake Michigan and Chicago’s North Side. We will make our way to Malt Row, home to some of Chicago’s best and most unique craft beer options. At Dovetail Brewery there will be a one-hour guided tour of the brewery with beer tastings. There will be additional time allowed in the Tap Room to try more samples or enjoy a full glass. All passengers must be 21 or older

About Dovetail Brewery:
Master brewers Bill Wesselink and Hagen Dost met in Munich while attending brewing school at Doemens Academy and returned to Chicago to start a brewery inspired by the small, family-operated breweries they visited while abroad. Focusing on continental European styles and traditional methods, each Dovetail beer is handcrafted to play on all the senses. We use authentic malt and hops; historic water profiles; decoction mashing; a coolship; open-fermentation; and patient maturation in horizontal lager tanks to ensure that the Dovetail beer in your glass has great flavor, body, aroma and aftertaste.
After opening their doors in June 2016, Dovetail was named one of Beer Advocate's 34 Best New Breweries in the US and in 2018 is one of the top ten brewery tours in the US, according to USA Today.
